Sree Narayana College of Education , Muvattupuzha is blessed with an excellent management council under the leadership of the SNDP Yogam Union, Muvattupuzha. The college management is dedicated to the task of ensuring effective and efficient intervention in academic and administrative aspects of the college.
The college management runs the college through the principal, teaching staff and non-teaching staff. It actively involves in the planning and implementation of activities that are aimed at realizing the objectives of the college. It supports the college by appointing competent and qualified teachers, efficient supporting staff and makes available the infra structure as per the guidelines of the university and the NCTE. It helps in the improvement of the teaching-learning process by providing more funds for buying library books , journals ,periodicals ,computers etc. The manager of the college visits the college weekly and evaluates the activities of the college. The management provides all the freedom to the principal and he is made responsible for managing the day – to-day activities of the college. It ensures the involvement of all the stake holders of the college in the effective functioning of the academic and administrative systems of the college.
There are three committees or councils formed for assisting management of the college. They are:
Selection Committee: It comprises the manager, secretary of the SNDP Yogam Union, Muvattupuzha and the Principal. For the selection of the members of the faculty,the service of subject experts in various subjects is also sought.
College Management Committee: For policy framing and implementation .
College Governing Committee :The committee comprises the manager,principal, the programme co-ordinator of the B Ed programme ,the student council ,selected members from the alumni association and members of the PTA.
